Poor quality. Rusted after the second wash.
Very well built, smooth to grip and makes fresh chestnuts look lovely with neat cross cut and really easy to open.
Chestnut Opener & Nut Cracker – Stainless Steel Blade
Very good quality, heavy and looks sturdy. Very practical for opening chestnuts without risking using knives.
Hello, the device was only used by my wife for chestnuts, but unfortunately it broke. Maybe it was a defect, I don't know. We always submerged it in water to keep the chestnuts soft, but unfortunately no more bread.
Excellent quality and excellent performance.
It's from the neighbor...
We haven't tried it yet due to lack of chestnuts, but it looks good.
I haven't tried it yet, I like that it has the skewers on one side and I don't know if it will result in small chestnuts or just slightly larger ones. The hinge part doesn't seem very sturdy to me but that's something that will be verified with use.
